Individual therapy focuses on personalization and individualized interventions.  These interventions are based on evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement and desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other modalities. Stephanie uses a lens of client-centered treatment, systems theory, and strengths-focused work in order to meet with clients where they are while supporting their own plan of growth.

While misery loves company, having support and real empathy in a group setting with folks who can relate to your experiences can be helpful, right? While therapy groups are therapist-led, group treatment engages participants in a way that provides mutual understanding, empathy, guidance, and support for similar challenges and issues.

Couples’ therapy focuses on the personalized needs and wishes of the couple, recognizing each of their strengths and protective factors. Couples’ therapy also includes real talk discussions of blindsides, projection, and insecurity manifestations. Couples’ therapy is gentle, yet honest, with the couples’ goals as the focus.
